We want you to feel confident about your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, returning an item to VoltDepot.ca is simple and straightforward.

Return Policy

• Most items can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
• Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
• To receive a full refund, products must be in New condition, with no signs of use.
• A restocking fee may apply depending on the item and its condition upon return.

How to Return an Item

Start Your Return Online
Contact Us and list the items you would like returned. Once approved, we’ll email you with a prepaid return shipping label. Please print the return label and a copy of your invoice.

Pack Your Product
Carefully pack the item(s) in the original packaging. Place the invoice copy inside the box and attach the return label to the outside.

Drop It Off
Bring your package to your nearest Purolator drop-off location.

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and process your refund if approved. You’ll receive an email confirmation when this is complete. Please allow up to 5 business days after we receive your item for processing.

Return Shipping Costs

• A $20 flat return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
• For large or heavy items, return shipping costs may vary. If applicable, our team will contact you before processing the return.

Non‑Returnable Items

• Final Sale and Open Box items are not eligible for return. These items are clearly marked on the product page.
• Shipping charges are non‑refundable.
