These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all purchases made through VoltDepot.ca (the “Website”). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Orders and Acceptance
All orders placed through VoltDepot.ca are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time, including orders affected by pricing errors, inventory limitations, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Order confirmation emails do not constitute acceptance of an order. Acceptance occurs only when the order has been processed and shipped.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only prior to shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the Returns & Refunds policy outlined below.
2. Pricing and Product Information
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice.
While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, pricing or product description errors may occur. VoltDepot.ca reserves the right to correct any errors and to cancel or refuse orders placed at incorrect prices, even after an order confirmation has been sent.
Prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping, or handling charges unless explicitly stated at checkout.
